ARIES G FC: New integrated free cooling solution

MTA expands its Industrial Process Cooling portfolio with the launch of ARIES G FC, the new range of air-cooled chillers with integrated free cooling, specifically designed for applications requiring reliability and optimized energy performance.

Covering cooling capacities from 160 to 340 kW, ARIES G FC is the ideal solution for applications in the plastics, chemical, pharmaceutical, machine tools and food & beverage industries requiring year-round operation with medium-high water temperatures.

Integrated free cooling or external module?

Integrated free cooling is a system concept. Unlike traditional external free-cooling modules, ARIES G FC integrates the free cooling section within a single platform offering many advantages to customers.

This design approach:

• Simplifies hydraulic layout
• Reduces installation complexity
• Optimizes footprint
• Improves system control integration

The control logic enables automatic modulation between mechanical cooling and free cooling contribution, maximizing energy savings by exploiting outdoor air temperatures without compromising process stability.
