MTA TAEevo TECH solutions for ISGOLD manufacturing operations in Türkiye
Gold refining processes require precision at every stage of production. Stable temperature conditions play an important role in maintaining repeatability and ensuring smooth machine operation.
At its production facility in Istanbul, ISGOLD selected MTA cooling solutions from the TAEevo TECH family to support molding machine applications and provide dependable performance for daily manufacturing activities.
About the Customer
ISGOLD operates in gold refining and bullion production for both domestic and international markets. Located within the Marmara Industrial Site in Istanbul, the company combines specialized machinery and process-focused manufacturing systems with a production capacity reaching approximately 100 tons per year. In this type of industrial environment, operational continuity is essential to maintain production efficiency and process stability.
The Challenge
ISGOLD required a dependable cooling solution for molding machine applications operating on a daily multi-shift schedule. The company had previously experienced reliability issues with local-brand chillers and was searching for a more robust long-term solution capable of reducing operational risks and ensuring stable cooling performance.
Within the jewelry and precious metal manufacturing industry, Italian machinery suppliers are widely recognized for process expertise and equipment quality. Following recommendations from the machine manufacturer, the customer selected MTA as a trusted industrial cooling partner.
The objective was clear:

The Solution
MTA supplied two industrial process chillers from the TAE evo TECH portfolio:
• TAE evo TECH 402 / P5
• TAE evo TECH 101 / P5
The units operate alongside Italian molding machinery and were configured with P5 hydraulic configuration, stainless steel tanks and 25°C / 30°C cooling water set points.
The stainless-steel tank configuration was specifically requested to ensure enhanced durability and reliable operation in the process environment.

Following the successful installation of the first two units, a third MTA chiller installation is already planned for 2026, confirming the customer’s trust in the brand and in the TAE solution and highlighting MTA’s ability to support a wide variety of industrial applications, including highly specialized environments such as precious metal manufacturing.
