MTA Family Day 2026: celebrating the people behind our solutions

Behind every MTA solution is a community united by a common goal.

On June 27, our plant in Conselve opened its doors to employees and their families for a special Family Day.

The event offered the opportunity to discover MTA from a different perspective, bringing colleagues and families together beyond the workplace and celebrating the people whose passion, expertise and commitment contribute to MTA every day.

It was also a moment to strengthen the sense of community that connects our people, both inside and outside the workplace.

As part of Trane Technologies, MTA shares a culture built around collaboration, inclusion and innovation, working together toward a common goal: helping build a more sustainable world.
