MTA is glad to announce its collaboration with Weller Feinwerktechnik GmbH, a German company that operates in the optical field with the production of components for optical of precision, of objective lens and of systems of military sighting on behalf of leading companies in this field.
Weller Feinwerktechnik GmbH is a reality that is based on two productive sites to in Germany, situated in Wetzlar; in these sites the aluminium components are wrought thanks to numerical controlled units and subsequently they are superficially treated.
The company in fact has been recently equipped of a highly technological system for the anodization of the aluminium in order to obtain an excellent aesthetic and technical quality of the components.

The plant has been realized by GALVO SERVICE Srl and enables to obtain opaque and polished anodized pieces, of various and different colours.

In particular, the installed model Aries Free-cooling 301 is constituted of an integrated free-cooling system with condensing coils and free-cooler, completely separated and distinct: this solution not only guarantees a remarkable energetic saving in the coldest months of the year and in the intermediate seasons, but also an extremely precision of the outlet water temperature, fundamental in this process In detail, the chiller has been used for the cooling of anodizing baths, and, for this reason, is suitable to work in very aggressive environments, considering that in these installations various kind of acids, necessary for the realization of the same product, are moving thought it. Due to the high quality of the final result the temperature of the bath must be kept constant regardless of the workload. This had been possible thanks to the use of proportional valves and thanks to a chiller with constant performances in every seasons.
