DN 300/W VOLNOGORSKOYE STEKLO Ltd UKRAINE

Since a couple of years after its launching, having carried out important compressed air and gas treatment installations in many countries, MTA DN DryPro has gone to conquer all republics of the ex-URSS where every solution MTA delivers is backed by sales, service infrastructure and quality follow-up. This formula combined with many other benefits proves successful, thus providing our customers with superior productivity through optimized machinery.

DN DryPro
dryers’ range was developed as a satisfactory solution to our customers’ necessities for a new standard in the compressed air and gas treatment industry concerned in medially high flow rates. The air and water-cooled DN DryPro dryers cover airflow rates from 13.500m3/h to 45.600m3/h.



Its benefits are:

· High energy savings: The compressors cycle on and off, perfectly matching the
 load, and saving energy in line with the load reduction.
· Scroll compressors: Energy savings of up to 20% compared to piston compressors. no risk of damage due to liquid returns, extremely robust, extremely silent.
· Full redundancy = peace of mind: 4 compressors within 2 independent refrigeration circuits.
· Smart layout: Flanged vessel for easy access to the heat exchanger.
· Demister pre-filter

MTA’s DN DryPro multi-scroll dryers furthermore offer the notable benefits associated with direct expansion operation:

• Reduced refrigerant charge, for a reduced environmental impact.

• Simplified start-up and maintenance.


The pictures in attachment illustrate our installation in the unique bottle (PET) manufacturing Company in Ukraine and one of the largest in the world.
Situated at Volnogorsk in the region of Dnepropetrovsk, VOLNOGORSKOYE STEKLO which is built on a total surface area of about 150.000m2 produces about 30million bottles/month, which is almost 360million bottles/year employing about 2000 workers.
