As a matter of fact MTA has a wide range of chillers spreaded over several Roshen plants, dedicated to various types of applications: cooling belt conveyors, moulds, oil circuits etc.
All of them are cooling units with HFC refrigerant gas with null values for the ozone (ODP) and among the lowest values for the Global Warming (GWP), which were able to tripping of new natural refrigerant gas like CO2, because too much dangerous for high pressure involved, and like Ammonia forbidden in the agricultural and food- systems of many european countries by now, because harmful for health. |

Recent installations:
last 2 cooling units delivered to Russian plant of Lipetsk. for example, are 2 air cooled chillers model Phoenix Plus PNP 280 N version, able to supply about 524.600 kcal/h each and equipped with shell & tube dry expansion type evaporator, finned core condenser coils, axial fans and double screw Bitzer compressors dedicated to the ecological refrigerant gas R134a with stepless capacity control. They are compacts and low noise level equipments enable to fulfil the cleanliness and noiseless high standards required by ROSHEN’s plants.
